• For international flight (terminal 02): Meeting point as Pillar 1F10 (outside A2 arrival Hall, First floor)

Drop-off point: at the hotel around Sapa town, for passenger stay outside the town, will be dropped off at the bus office (Adds: no. 494 Dien Bien Phu street, Sapa)

• Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag

• Children aged 0-4 are free of charge if they share seats with their parents.
