Pick up and drop off point

Pick-up point: 

• For domestic flight (terminal 01): meeting point as under the advertising board outside terminal 01
• For international flight (terminal 02): Meeting point as Pillar 1F10 (outside A2 arrival Hall, First floor)

Drop-off point: The car will drop you off at your hotel address around Halong city, Tuan Chau island, and also at the Tuan Chau port, Hon Gai port for cruising.

• Please inform us of your flight number, estimated arrival flight time, hotel name with address, and cruise name at the Payment page.
• The transfer time might be changed a little bit as it depends on the traffic and your location in Ha Long

Cancellation policy

• 48 hours before departure time: USD 3 per tickets as will be charged
• Within 48 hours prior departure time: 100% of the total price will be charged
• No show: 100% of total price
